ART21 videos – Middle Gallery 23 June – 27 June 2014 (1 week)


ART21's Art in the Twenty-First Century documentary television series is a Peabody Award-winning biennial series produced by the contemporary art organization ART21 (based in the US). The show provides viewers a unique look at today’s artists. The series reveals artists’ perspectives on current affairs, politics, economics, history and popular culture, as well as showcases the artists’ working processes and their studios.

We will be showing the videos of ZA's well-known William Kentridge: William Kentridge Anything is Possible, then for the course of the week have on hand: William Kentridge's Eliot Norton Lectures (2012). first delivered at the Mahindra Humanities Center at Harvard University. Also, we will make available Seasons 1-6  from Art in the Twenty-First Century for viewers in the gallery to watch.
