Artist Statement:
Landscape is a genre through
which I explore different processes in paint and mixed media. It offers a
subject matter through which an emotional gravity is introduced due to my
emotional connection with the surrounds. The technical application of the
different media inform each other, leading me to express the same scene several
times as the subject matter becomes secondary to the process.
